How do I light my lantern?

Each open flame lantern has an adjustable valve on the burner assembly, which can be accessed through a door on the front of the lantern.

How to manually light your lantern

1. Open the door and be sure the fixture valve is in the off position before turning on the main gas valve.
2. Hold a match over the gas lantern burner tip and turn on the fixture gas valve.
   • Do not use a lighter to ignite your lantern
3. If the burner does not light immediately, turn the gas valve to off and leave the door open. Wait a few minutes before  repeating the lighting process. 
   • LET THE GAS FUMES CLEAR OUT BEFORE RELIGHTING
4. Adjust the flame height by using the lantern gas valve. 
   • The flame height should not be taller than 1.5"
5. Close the lantern door
