Return Requirements

• Received within 30 days of delivery 
• Packed in all original cartons and packing material
• In a 100% sellable condition
• French Market Lanterns cannot guarantee a refund on items returned without a return authorization number or without its original packaging

** A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all orders unless an exchange is made. A product must be made by the same manufacturer in order to qualify. **

Ineligible for a Return

• Installed or modified
• Customized lanterns
• Made to order Lanterns from Flambeaux & Copper Lighting Co. 
• Parts
• Orders with quantities of 6 or more
• Not in original carton including all packing material
